Get FREE Standard Shipping when you spend $115 or more on Stardate products in one order.

Please note, the Gift Wrapping & Custom Gift Card service and a singular (1) Stardate Miniature candle is not included as part of the FREE Shipping offer.

Here’s what you need to know about shipping Stardate products to your door or gifting them to friends and family. 

 

Processing Time

FAST DISPATCH

If you order before 12pm (AEDT) Monday, Wednesday or Friday, your Stardate items will be dispatched that same day.

If you order after 12pm (AEDT) Monday, Wednesday or Friday , your Stardate items will be dispatched the next business dispatch day (i.e. Either the following Monday, Wednesday or Friday).

This should greatly shorten the amount of time required to get your orders to you so stress less about those last-minute gift purchases!

Shipping Time

We send all our packages using Australia Post and are subject to their shipping times. Please note, these shipping times are after your order has been dispatched from Stardate HQ.

Standard:

Approx. 3-7 business days for Australian capital cities.
Approx. 5 – 10 business days for Regional Australia.


Express Post:

If ordered before 12pm on dispatch days (orders shipped on the next dispatch day after this time):

Approx. 1 – 3 business days for Australian capital cties.
Approx. 2 – 5 business days for Regional Australia.

Once parcels are dispatched via Australia Post, your order will be updated and you will receive a notification. Australia Post is responsible for any transit issues or delay that may arise as it is unfortunately out of our control once dispatched. International Shipping:

Stardate is an Australian-owned and operated company and unfortunately, we don't presently ship our Stardate products internationally.
